On December 7, 2023, Professor Liang Xianhao of Kunsan National University ( referred to as Kunsan University), Jin Guitai, director of the Global Open Course Teaching Department, and Shen Hong, director of the Korean Ministry of Education of Overseas Study Service of Northwest University, came to our school for exchange and visit. Dong Mei, Vice Principle of our school, met the guests.
The two sides held a discussion and exchange in the reception room of Mingyuan Building, Wenjing Campus. At the forum, Dong Mei welcomed the visitors of Kunsan University to our school and introduced the history of our school, the size of students, professional characteristics and the development of international exchanges. She hoped that our school and Kunsan University will carry out more in-depth cooperation in the promotion of teachers and students' education, professional co-construction, cultural exchanges and other aspects.
Liang Xianhao expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of our university, and briefly introduced the basic national conditions of South Korea and the basic situation of Kunsan University, hoping that the two sides can strengthen communication and contact, and jointly promote the next step of exchanges and cooperation.
After the forum, the delegation of Kunsan University and the relevant personnel of the School of Traffic Information, the School of Economics and Management, and the School of Rail Transit held a seminar on the training of artificial intelligence integration technology talents, and the two sides jointly discussed the joint training program of artificial intelligence technology and global economic professionals, and clarified the "2+2" training mode. The course system, credit recognition and graduation requirements are discussed in detail. In the afternoon, the delegation of Kunsan University and the cooperation base school - Shaanxi Yulin Hengshan Vocational Education Center and the College of Continuing Education and International Exchange of our University held a cooperation and exchange discussion on "the connection between Chinese and Korean Education and Higher vocational Education" at the Tongyuan Building International Exchange Center.
During this visit, Liang Xianhao, Jin Guitai and Shen Hong held a lecture on the Korean education promotion Channel, Global economy and artificial intelligence professional co-construction project for more than 120 teachers and students of our school, answering specific questions such as study abroad conditions, project advantages, language learning, and further boosting the enthusiasm of our school students to go to South Korea for higher education.
In 2021, our school signed the MOU agreement with Kunsan University to establish teacher workstations and share professional teaching stations in Kunsan University, promote the implementation of Chinese-Korean language training, student exchange, teacher education promotion and other projects, and jointly carry out artificial intelligence and global economy major construction.
