Shaanxi College Of Communications Technology is located in Xi 'an, one of the four historical and cultural cities in the world. The school was founded in 1952, upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2001, and transferred from the provincial Department of Transportation to the provincial Department of Education in 2011, implementing a two-department co-construction mechanism. In the past 72 years, the school has been adhering to the school motto of "combining German skills, blending talents, integrating knowledge and practice, and reaching the world", and has cultivated more than 80,000 talents.
